YP-in assumes no responsibility whatsoever for websites that YP-in either hyperlinks to or otherwise refers to. In particular, we do not assume any responsibility for any information or content on such sites (including but not limited to any views, advice, opinions, advertising, or recommendations). Nor do we assume any responsibility in connection with any product or service such sites may offer.

2. Liability
Members are responsible for the content of their profiles and for every contribution they make to the YP-in website, whether on the discussion boards or in chat rooms. YP-in accepts no liability whatsoever.

3. Cancellation
Members may cancel YP-in membership at any time. Cancellation of membership also terminates these terms of service. To cancel your membership, notify YP-in by sending email to info@ypin.net

4. Warranty
Members acknowledge that use of YP-in is at their own, sole risk. The service is not warranted to be error free or uninterrupted – YP-in is made available on an ‘AS IS’ basis. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Neither YP-in nor anyone else involved in creating, producing, or delivering the YP-in service, will be liable for any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of agreement to these Terms. The provisions of this section will survive termination of the agreement to these terms.

5. Limitation of liability
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, Kids, its officers, employees, contractors or content providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or otherwise in connection with your use of the YP-in website.

6. Governing law
The laws of England and Wales shall govern your use of the site and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. Acknowledgment
These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and YP-in regarding your relationship to YP-in and supersedes any prior statements or representations.

8. Changes
YP-in reserves the right to change these terms at any time. YP-in will notify you of the change either by email or through a notice published on the YP-in homepage. If you access YP-in after a notice of a change has been published, that means you are agreeing to the new terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must terminate your membership with YP-in.
